Nichole Valdez

Nichole’s journey in the legal field began at just 18 years old when she joined a boutique family law firm in her hometown of Bakersfield, California. From day one, her drive to learn and grow set her apart. She turned curiosity into mastery as she worked her way up to become a trusted and seasoned family law paralegal.

Nichole continued to build a dynamic and fulfilling career. Over the past 20+ years, she has developed a deep well of experience across estate planning, probate, business law, real estate, civil litigation, and, of course, family law—her original passion.

Today, Nichole is boldly advancing her legal career by pursuing her Juris Doctorate at Mitchell Hamline School of Law—a dream she’s long carried and is now making a reality.

When she’s not immersed in casework or coursework, Nichole finds joy outdoors with her family and expresses her creative side through music as a skilled bassoonist. Her blend of professional excellence and personal passion makes her a force in the legal community.
